Minnesota's first LEED certified restaurant opened November 2007. Swainhart Construction Services provided LEED construction management for the project
Swainhart Construction Services, LLC contracted with the Aeon Housing to remodel 18 Units of supportive housing for recovering homeless. As owner's rep SCS guided them through the complex project. It had a tight budget, a substantial lead abatement and a commercial kitchen. The project is currently complete and 100% occupied.

Swainhart Construction Services, LLC works closely with the Minnesota Chapter of Architecture for Humanity. AFH-MN provides pro bono architectural services for communities in need both at home and abroad. We've have projects in Sri Lanka, Minneapolis, Uganda and Tanzania.
Search for Shelter, Design Charrette
Every winter, Swainhart Construction Services, LLC spends a rewarding weekend hashing designs with the AIA Search for Shelter Design Charrette
