Gormley Residence

We transformed parts of this 1910 cottage style bungalow.

The work included:

• Completely remodeled main bathroom
• Upgraded attic and 2nd story walls with Icynene insulation
• Upgraded mechanical including an air to air heat exchanger
• Refreshing and reorganizing the utilitarian basement layout

All this will be completed with an eye toward waste minimization using the ReUse Center's demolition services
